April 25, 2017While I was able to install, required putting a hole in my house for the power line, the unit and connect to the app and doorbell The video worked sporadically. The video worked when I initially powered it on and later when it was initially mounted. Video quickly stopped there
after. The audio works but momentarily cuts out every few seconds. The video worked again after removing the unit and using the RJ45 LAN connection, then on the wifi and then for about an hour after remounting. Maybe the camera gets cold.
